EPFL mechanical engineer. Co-founded WECHEER — took a patented IoT device to 30,000+ units, pivoted the company to SaaS, and scaled it to 25+ Fortune 500 clients. Today I build AI systems that keep running after the demo.
I build products at the intersection of hardware, software, and AI. As co-founder of WECHEER, I led product across the full stack — mechanical, electrical, firmware, cloud, mobile, and ML — through a hardware-to-SaaS pivot and a decade of enterprise growth.
I believe product management is fundamentally an integration discipline. When engineering disciplines collaborate well, you get great outcomes. When they don't, you get silos that interface in clunky ways.
These days that discipline is applied to AI: I design, build, and operate agents, MCP servers, and vision pipelines that run in production — most of them 24/7 on my own infrastructure. I also help Swiss SMEs put AI to work through one less.
AI automation for Swiss SMEs — delivered personally, from diagnostic to running system.
Patented IoT device → SaaS pivot → 25+ Fortune 500 clients across 12+ countries. Hardware lifecycle, ML/computer vision, AWS serverless, enterprise sales. Team grew 2 → 60.
Healthcare mobility products. Patented a four-wheel brake walker, user-tested with elderly-care associations.
